As an original tessellation*, tiles are identical and will always fit together… Allowing you to extend the collection in any direction. My original tile is available now but other (and custom) options are also possible!
Celebrate
With a common theme or purpose, everyone can paint a tile in their own unique way.
When the pieces come together the mosaic will represent everyone’s individual thoughts, ideas and perspectives!
Collaborate
Tiles can be finished by a single artist or by hundreds celebrating a common theme.
No matter how many contributors you have, each tile is an essential piece of the final puzzle.
Connect
If you’re not able to come together you can still connect with your community across a region, country or the world!
And, as new pieces are returned, your mosaic will grow and evolve as new connections are made.
Belong Together is a tile based project created by Jason Panda... A Graphic Artist, Photographer and Educator living and creating in Ontario, Canada. The original tile was designed as a response to connections lost and communities fragmented during the COVID-19 pandemic. Since then Jason has created new shapes and continues to use the tiles to connect communities and continue the story of collaboration, community and connections.
In order to connect as many people as possible... Tiles are available in original and custom options and all efforts are made to keep costs low so anyone can participate! (Note: Tiles can be shipped around the world, actual shipping costs sometimes make it tricky.)
